What happens at a Ms Rachel Party?
Every party is tailored to the children’s ages, ensuring everyone has fun while the birthday child enjoys lots of special moments.

Interactive Games
Children will enjoy a fantastic selection of age-appropriate games with music, movement and plenty of laughter. We’ll include our colourful 3-metre rainbow parachute, pass the parcel, musical statues and lots more, adapting everything to suit the venue and age group. -
Singing, Music & Dancing
Your little guests will love singing along to familiar songs, joining in with actions, dancing and taking part in fun musical games. It’s a wonderfully interactive experience that keeps everyone smiling. -
Glitter Tattoos & Mini Face Painting
During the food break, your entertainer continues entertaining by offering beautiful glitter tattoos or mini face paints, keeping the fun going while everyone enjoys their party food. -
The Magical Birthday Wish
No party is complete without singing Happy Birthday, blowing out the candles, taking lots of photos and finishing with our magical birthday wish — a truly memorable moment for every birthday child.
Please note: All of our entertainers come from a professional performance background. While many are confident singers, we cannot guarantee a trained singer for every booking.
General Information
* Our parties are suited to 3 year olds and above.
* Glitter tattoos or mini face paints are provided during the food break for 90-minute and 2-hour parties.
* We recommend switching off bouncy castles during the entertainment so the children can fully enjoy the activities.
* For children aged 5 and under, we recommend serving food after the first hour.
* For children aged 4 and under, we recommend booking either a 1-hour or 90-minute party.
* One entertainer can comfortably entertain up to 30 children (including siblings aged 18 months to 9 years).
* We kindly ask parents to help minimise background noise and assist with any children who may become disruptive.
* If you have any special requests, please let us know—we’ll always do our very best to accommodate them.
