About Me

My name is Poling and I’m originally from Hong Kong. I’ve been a dancer/performer/dance teacher/entertainer for 12 years. I’m based in Warrington.

I started teaching children when I was 17, assisting teachers at my dance school to teach children from baby beginners to grade 5. During Spring term in 2023, I taught year 1 to 6 students dancing in their PE lessons at a school in Manchester.

I worked at Haven, Butlins, MedPlaya Resorts, Parkdean Resorts and Siblu Holiday Villages as a dancer/singer/entertainer/presenter entertaining children and families in various summer seasons. I was given a lot of hosting opportunities in presenting children’s game shows, family game shows, party dances as well as all kinds of daytime activities and parties.

I was trained at a vocational dance college in the UK having full time training in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, modern theatre dance, musical theatre, tap and Spanish dance. I have been a professional dancer since 2012. I was a full time dancer for 9 years, performed live on stage in the UK, Spain, Cyrus, Greece and France, followed by 2 years of touring all around in UK theatres with an 80’s tribute show after the pandemic. I worked as a choreographer in France and produced four shows at a holiday resort. I currentlv do dance gigs and events that reauire freestvle dancing and improvisation.

Apart from having professional acting experiences on stage for 12 years, I started doing screen acting 4 years ago. I’ve been a lead actress in commercials, documentary and music videos. I’ve also been walk-ons in TV productions acting with lines, cry on cue, fainting and improvisation.
